Measure the inside of your window frame. We guide you, no complex calculations needed.

2. Attach the hook strip

Once your Calm Panel arrives, apply the discreet hook strip to the top of your window frame. We include everything you need, just wipe and press into place. No drilling or tools needed.

3. Hang your Calm Panel

Attach your Calm Panel to the hook strip at the top of the window frame and press into place to create a dark, calm room thats perfect for sleep.
